  • WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP?
    Orders placed online and scheduled for In Store Pickup will be held at the store for 7 days. If you have not picked up your purchase by the end of the 7 days, your purchase will be refunded.
  • HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY TO BE PICKED UP?

    You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be picked up. The email will also include information on pickup hours, store phone number, and what to bring.

  • WHO CAN PICK UP MY ORDER?
    You can pick up your order or assign an alternate person to pick up the order. To add an alternate pick up person, enter the name of the person who will be picking up the order in the In-Store Pickup section during checkout.
  • IS CURBSIDE DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
    Curbside delivery is not available at this time.
  • CAN I SELECT CERTAIN ITEMS TO PICK UP AND HAVE OTHERS SHIPPED?
    Yes. You can do this at the online checkout by selecting In Store Pickup for certain items and selecting your preferred shipping method for the rest.
  • WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
    Once you complete your order a hold is placed but your card isn't charged until the items are ready for pickup.
