Due to shipping delays across the country, please allow additional time for your order to arrive. We expect many customers to receive their orders within 10 – 14 business days.
At SamEdelman.com, every detail is important and nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. We are confident that you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if the need arises, returns and exchanges of merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. Cash refund issued with cash, check, or debit receipt. Only unworn items may be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be in their original box. We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag or liner has been cut or removed (where applicable). All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. If items are marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
For your convenience, we also accept in-store returns and exchanges at our Sam Edelman retail locations. Please visit Our Stores to find a location nearest you.
Ground shipping is FREE on all domestic orders within the continental US. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Standard ground shipping is usually delivered in 10 to 14 business days from processing.
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Arrives next day if order is placed by 12 PM EST. See below for shipment processing times.
Expedited Shipment Processing Times
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail message immediately. You will also receive an additional email with your tracking information. Important US Shipping Notice: SamEdelman.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the US. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
International Shipping Notice
SamEdelman.com uses Borderfree to help our customers shop from and ship to all over the world. You can shop SamEdelman.com in the country and currency you select. Your order total with all shipping fees, custom fees, tariffs, and taxes will be available during checkout in your chosen country and currency.

Domestic Return Policy
Returns of your unworn purchases are accepted for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, unless item is marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Visit www.SamEdelman.com/returns and follow the instructions to complete your return. Freight expense for unworn returns processed through www.SamEdelman.com/returns will be paid by SamEdelman.com. Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you. Return Guidelines: Free returns are only provided for unworn purchases and must be processed through www.SamEdelman.com/returns. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. We are not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund. We reserve the right to reject returns. If you use a method for your return which is not designated by www.SamEdelman.com/returns you are responsible for all return fees. Return fees are non-refundable. If alternate carriers are used, lost shipments are not the responsibility of SamEdelman.com. Item(s) must be returned in the original Sam Edelman packaging. Once you have re-packaged your order in its original box and carton, place your original Order Summary inside the box together with the completed return form. Be sure to write your order number on the return form where indicated. An order number helps speed up your transaction. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the carton. If you check out with an account, your order number is available in the My Account section of SamEdelman.com. Each individual package should have a unique tracking label. Do not copy labels and place them on different boxes. SamEdelman.com does not offer exchanges, instead, we ask that you return your unworn purchase and place a new order. Packages may not be returned using a FedEx drop box. Packages must be taken to a FedEx store or authorized ship center for return. To find a FedEx Store near you click here. International Return Policy
International SamEdelman.com customers have 30 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise unless marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All international orders must be returned via Borderfree and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please send an email to our customer service center to receive your RMA number. Refunds on international returns will include duties, taxes, and tariffs when they are shipped with your RMA form to Borderfree. Your account will be credited by Borderfree when your return is received at the international hub. Returns sent without the RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount.
Unfortunately, SamEdelman.com cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. We are also unable to offer free return shipping for international orders. Any costs for shipping your returned order back to our Returns Department from Borderfree will be subtracted from your refund total.
Refund Process & Time Frame
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return e-mail confirmation. Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post. Unfortunately, SamEdelman.com cannot refund your original shipping fees. If you received a gift purchased from SamEdelman.com and need to make a return, go to www.SamEdelman.com/returns and follow the simple instructions there.
We are unable to offer exchanges for SamEdelman.com orders during the return process. If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
