Bought this Jillie flat in maple sugar color in size 9; love the style but they were a bit big than usual size 9; wrote emails to customer service asking whether size 8.5 is available for exchange, but never hear back from them. Now I don't know whether to return the shoes or not

Beautiful shoe but it runs too narrow and the leather is thin and will wear quickly just like the shoes I have from Sam Edelman's more affordable Circus brand. Had to return. I expected more from this shoe.

I bought this style in 2 colors in the same size and this pair ran about a 1/2 size larger than the yellow version.

This shoe was fitting a bit narrow when I first put it on but after a couple wears, it fits great! Not the most comfortable flat but it makes up for that in trend and style.

These arrived today and unfortunately they are a little big. I attempted to start a return and am not able to through the website. I didn’t realize “sale” meant final sale.

I have 2 other color of the Jillie's and love the fit, but thought the Saddle Leather brown would be a little lighter in color. It'd be nice for SE to make more of a camel color Jillie! It reminded me too much of the "poo" emoji so back they went!! I'll just choose another color!

Got them 2 weeks ago , I purchased 2 pair can’t wait to wear the leopard pair, got several compliments on the Luggage color.. very soft to my feet , I wear a size 11 however, I knew to go up a half size! Perfect.
