      Wedding shoes

      Got these for my wedding. Perfect height and comfort! Love the stability of a block heel. I got a tool ankle bracelet as well to jazz these up for wedding. They will be perfect for the big day!

      Great Style

      I love the height of the shoe and the suede material. However, the front strap is pretty tight around my toes. I don’t consider myself to have very narrow feet, but I haven’t ever had to buy a wide size in anything before. I would like to order a wide, but they’re out of it in my size. I plan to keep the shoes and suffer through the front strap unless I can find a wide size on another website to try out. I do consider the size true to size. I usually wear a 7 and the length is perfect.

      Cute…but poor quality.

      I purchased these for my wedding in bright white. I only ever wore them for my two dress fittings and for the grand total of 10 minutes. They went back in the box, and in my closet. I’m getting married tomorrow and go to show my bridesmaids my shoes and open the box…the soles on both shoes are completely off and separated from the shoe. How does this even happen? Like what?
      Now I have to scramble to go out and find a pair of shoes because these are actually trash and unwearable. It’s almost like the adhesive to keep the soles just gave up. I’m super upset because these shoes are cute and obviously now I’m in a huge bind. Im also and in rural Vermont and the closet store/mall is almost two hours away. Hoping customer service can address this issue. Ive been on hold with customer service waiting for 20 minutes and now the automated message that gives you an estimated wait time is saying I went from another 15 to 26 minutes?! Ugh. This is NOT what I want to be dealing with the night before my wedding.

Because the shoes have been worn and it's past our 30 day return time frame they can't be returned via our normal return policy. However, we do have a defective policy in place.       Block Heel Review

      Very cute, good quality and nice heel length. Not terribly uncomfortable but feet did hurt pretty bad after about 1.5 hours...I was hoping I would make it longer with the price of the shoe but I think this style is just not the most comfort friendly unfortunately
