Charlotte’s captivating look is exactly why she is the face of Sam Edelman’s Spring and Fall 2010 campaigns. Pairing unexpected elements together like sneakers with silk gowns, or a fedora with silver lipstick, Charlotte always shines. Proving herself to be more than just a pretty face, she is releasing an album with her partner in music and life, Sean Lennon, and their band Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger.

Charlotte and Sean met at Coachella, and music is a major part of their relationship as the two write, produce, and perform together. As the son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Sean has been surrounded by music his entire life, but only recently began recording under his own and Charlotte’s label, Chimera. Outfitting themselves like one-man bands, both Sean and Charlotte play numerous instruments and sing their mystical, dreamy songs. Every season is defined by trends and must-have items, and Spring 2010 is no different. While we are going crazy for bright whites and denim jumpers this season, the Sam Edelman “Gigi” has emerged as the spring “it” shoe. And when Kourtney and Kim Kardashian were both seen in Miami sporting the sandal, we knew it had to be true.
Everyone from People Style Watch to iHeartHeels is talking about the Gigi, calling it the “Perfect everyday sandal.” And for all you trend-a-holics out there loving animal prints this season, the Gigi represents the jungle fever craze, available in both leopard and zebra prints.
