DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Please contact the store where you purchased your shoes – your retailer has their own return/exchange policy. We do not accept returns.

DO YOU MAKE SHOES IN SIZE 5 or 11?
Our standard size run is 6-10. However, we do make some styles in size 5-12. Each product page lists the size run available. Please check with the retailer of your choice to see if they stock the extended sizes.

MY SHOES ARE DAMAGED OR NEED A REPLACEMENT PART - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All requests for returns, replacements and/or repairs should be brought to the store or website where the shoes were originally purchased. The customer service department of those vendors should be able to help you resolve your matter.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE STYLE NAME OR SIZE OF MY SHOE?
We stamp the name of the style and the size on the lining inside the shoe or a strap – usually its near the ankle.
