MY SHOES ARE DAMAGED OR NEED A REPLACEMENT PART - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For Purchases from Non-Sam Edelman Stores (Dept. Stores, Specialty Stores, .com websites):
Repairs for merchandise purchased from a store or website other than a Sam Edelman store or on SamEdelman.com are handled personally by the original store or website. Please contact the original store of purchase for assistance.
Sam Edelman Store Purchases:
Repairs for merchandise purchased at Sam Edelman stores are handled personally at the stores.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE STYLE NAME OR SIZE OF MY SHOE?
We stamp the name of the style and the size on the lining inside the shoe or a strap – usually its near the ankle.
DO YOU MAKE SHOES IN SIZE 5 or 11?
Our standard size run is 6-10. However, we do make some styles in size 5-12. Each product page lists the size run available. Please check with the retailer of your choice to see if they stock the extended sizes.
